Determination of EBET Priority Occupations. - The TESDA, in coordination with industry boards and associations, shall issue a list of EBET priority occupations at the national and regional levels, which shall be consistent with the Trabaho Para sa Bayan Plan mandated under Republic Act No. 11962 or the "Trabaho Para sa Bayan Act", and taking into consideration the applicable levels under Republic Act No. 10968 or the "PQF Act".
