Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the NDRRMC shall, in consultation with the DPWH, the DSWD, the DHSUD, the DOST, the DENR, the League of Cities of the Philippines, the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, and other concerned government and private agencies, promulgate the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
