Appropriations. - The amount necessary for the initial implementation of the construction of evacuation centers shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the DPWH provided for this purpose. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the construction of evacuation centers shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The LGU concerned shall provided for the continued maintenance, operation, and management of the evacuation centers.
