Standards on Product Quality. - The Permit Holder and Participant shall maintain the quality of natural gas supply to gas buyers in accordance with Philippine and internationally accepted standards, and ensure that the delivery of natural gas complies with the purification requirements to guarantee the elimination of associated compounds which are unnecessary or damaging to the PDNGI Facilities. The DOE shall ensure compliance with this requirement.
