Standards on Safety Practice. - The Permit Holder and Participant shall implement an acceptable health, safety, security, and environmental management system in accordance with applicable Philippine and internationally accepted standards. The DOE, DENR, DOH, DOLE, and other concerned agencies shall ensure compliance with this requirement.
