Organizational Structure and Staffing. - The Secretary of the DEPDev shall determine the organizational structure and staffing pattern of the DEPDev in accordance with the revised compensation and position classification system, subject to the evaluation and approval of the DBM, in compliance with the civil service laws, rules and regulations, and other relevant laws. Until the new organizational structure and staffing pattern are submitted to and approved by the DBM, the DEPDev shall retain the existing organizational structure of the NEDA.
