Philippine Development Report and Regional Development Reports. - The DEPDev and its Regional Offices shall annually formulate the Philippine Development Report (PDR) and Regional Development Reports (RDRs), respectively, which shall serve as monitoring reports on the implementation of the PDP and RDPs. The results from such monitoring activities shall serve as inputs to policy and decision-makers in the formulation of policies, budgeting, and implementation of programs and projects. To this end, the PDRs and RDRs shall contain the latest data and information pertaining to the goals, policies, and strategies specified in the PDP.
