Transparency and Accountability Reports. - Within the first quarter of every year, the DEPDev shall submit a report on the economic performance of the country to the President of the Philippines, the Members of Cabinet, the Congress, and the Filipino people through the mass media. The report shall include the status and the directions of the fiscal and monetary policies of the government in coordination with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the Department of Finance (DOF), and the DBM; macroeconomic outlook and labor market prospects; and other relevant information in the interest of transparency and accountability.
