Annual Report. - The Executive Director of the PHILVOLCS shall prepare an annual report on the implementation status of the PHILVOLCS Modernization Program which shall be submitted through the DOST Secretary, to the President of the Philippines, and to the Chairpersons of the Committees on Science and Technology of the Senate and the House of Representatives not later than June 30 of every year.
