Appropriations. - The amount necessary to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the DOST-PHILVOLCS. Thereafter, such amount needed for the continued implementation of the PHILVOLCS Modernization Program shall be included in the annual GAA.
