Supervision of the Board, Custodian of its Records, Secretariat and Support Services. - The Board shall be under the administrative supervision and control of the PRC. The PRC shall keep all records of the Board, including applications for examination, papers and results, minutes of deliberations, and administrative and other investigative cases involving registered agriculturists.
The PRC shall designate the Secretary of the Board and other support services to implement the provisions of this Act.
