Annual Report. - The Board shall submit an annual report to the PRC within thirty (30) days after each calendar year, stating a detailed amount of its proceedings and accomplishments during the year and recommending the adoption of measures to upgrade and improve he conditions and practice of the agriculture profession in the Philippines.
