Revocation or Suspension of the Certificate of Registration, Professional Identification Card, or Cancellation of Special Temporary Permit. - The Board may, after due notice and hearing, revoke the COR and PIC of a registered agriculturist, suspend the same from the practice of the profession, or cancel the STP for any of the causes provided in Section 21 hereof or for unprofessional or unethical conduct, malpractice, or violation of any of the provisions of this Act, its IRR, Code of Ethics, and Code of Technical Standards for Registered Agriculturists.
