Issuance of Special Temporary Permit. - To promote or enhance the practice of the agriculture profession in the Philippines, the Board, upon application and payment of the required fees and subject to the approval of the PRC, may issue an STP to a foreign registered agriculturist whose services are urgently needed due to the absence or inadequacy of local registered agriculturists.
The Board shall issue the conditions for the grant of the STP, including the designation of a local understudy for every foreign agriculturist to be employed in the Philippines.
