Assistant General Manager. - The General Manager shall be assisted by three (3) Assistant General Managers, who shall be appointed by the President, upon the recommendation of the General Manager. The General Manager is further authorized to delineate and assign other functional areas or responsibilities of the Assistant General Managers.
