Submission of the Optimized Organizational Structure and Proposed Executive Issuances to the President. - Within the period prescribed in the IRR, the COEB shall submit to the President the Optimized Organizational Structure of the concerned agencies and the corresponding executive issuances, taking into consideration the results and findings of the strategic review and study.
