Submission of the Detailed Optimized Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern to the DBM. - Agency heads shall prepare and submit to the DBM the Detailed Optimized Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern (OSSP), including its estimated cost, within the period prescribed in the IRR.
