Accountability of Public Officers. - Public officers, employees, and agents of government agencies tasked to implement the provisions of this Act shall not be subject to any civil action in connection with any act done or omitted by them in the regular performance of their duties, except for those actions and omissions done in evident bad faith or with gross negligence.
