Institutional Autonomy and Excellence. - As the national professional aviation institution, the NAAP shall enjoy institutional autonomy, pursuant to Paragraph 2, Section 5 of Article XIV of the Constitution, as well as the responsibility to maintain and enhance its high academic aviation standards in the performance of its instruction, extension, and community service.
