Commitment to National Development. - The NAAP shall utilize the expertise of its community members and other individuals concerning the country's goals towards national development in the primary areas of aviation and other related fields for the improvement of the quality of life, growth of the economy, and transformation of the society.
With profound scientific and professional knowledge, the NAAP and its community members shall contribute to or take a solicited involvement in the public policy process.
As the national professional institution for aviation, the NAAP shall ensure the following:
(a) All programs and their total enrollment shall be in aviation and other related fields;
(b) Programs not allied with aviation and other related fields shall be discontinued; and
(c) Faculty development and training programs in aviation and other related fields shall be accelerated.
