Conversion. - The Zamboanga del Sur School of Arts and Trades (ZSSAT) located in Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby converted into a state college to be known as the Zamboanga del Sur Polytechnic State College (ZSPSC).
