Primary Text
General Mandate. - The ZSPSC shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological and professional courses, and training programs in engineering, education, arts and sciences, trades and the arts, vocational and technology courses, and other field of study. It shall promote research, extension and income-generating services, and production activities, and shall provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
