Transparency and Protection of Information. - Subject to applicable laws and freedom of information, the PhilATOM shah, promote the highest standards of transparency in the exercise of its functions and responsibilities. The PhilATOM shall, at all times, protect information;
(a) That is classified, sensitive, or proprietary: or
(b) The disclosure of which may prejudice nuclear security, nuclear safeguards, or national security.
