Advisory Bodies and Consultants. - The PliilATOM may obtain the advice of experts in the performance of its functions and responsibilities, including the hiring of consultants and technical support organizations and establishing advisory bodies: Provided, That the PhilATOM shall ensure that advice received from external experts or bodies is provided in a manner that avoids any conflict of interest or improper influence on its regulatory decision-making.
