Violation of Specific Provisions of the Act. Any person who willfully violates, attempts to violate, or conspires to violate, any provision of Section six or sixteen of this Act, shall upon conviction thereof, suffer the penalty of imprisonment of not more than five years or a fine of not more than Ten thousand pesos, (P10,000.00) or both.
