Violation of Other Provisions of this Act. Any person who shall willfully violate, attempt to violate, or conspire to violate any provisions of this Act for which no penalty is specifically provided or of any regulation, order or license issued under the authority of this Act, shall, upon conviction thereof, suffer the penalty of imprisonment of not more than two years or a fine of not more than Five thousand pesos (P5,000.00) or both.
