Filling of Elective Offices in Newly Created or Newly Classified Provinces, Sub-provinces, Cities, Municipalities or Municipal Districts. - Newly created elective offices and elective offices in any newly created or newly classified province, sub-province, city, municipality or municipal district shall be filled in the next following regular presidential or local election, as the case may be.
