Publication of Maps of Precincts. - At least thirty days before a regular election or ten days before a special election, the Commission shall, through its duly authorized representative, post in the city hall or municipal building and in three other conspicuous places in the city, municipality or municipal district and in a conspicuous place on the door of the polling place of each precinct, a map of the city, municipality or municipal district showing its division into precinct with their respective boundaries and indicating therein even small streets and alleys in populous areas and the location of each polling place.
These maps shall be kept posted until after the election is held.
