Posting Maps of Representative Districts. - In provinces or cities which are divided into representative districts, the Commission shall cause to be prepared an outline map of each district showing the location and the names of cities, municipalities and municipal districts or portions thereof included in the district. At least thirty days before a regular election and ten days before a special election, the Commission shall, through its duly authorized representative, post copies of the map in the city hall or municipal building and in at least three other conspicuous places in each city or municipality comprised within the district and shall keep them posted until after the election is held.
