Revocation and Suspension of Certificates. – The Board shall have the power after due notice and hearing to revoke or suspend the certificate of registration of a librarian for any of the following causes: conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude, unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, malpractice, incompetence, or serious ignorance or negligence in the practice of librarianship; or for any fund, deceit or falsification in obtaining a certificate of registration.
