Protection for Corporation's Guarantees and Other Accommodations.- The provisions of any local, regional, national, special or general law to the contrary notwithstanding, securities on guarantees and/or accommodations granted by, or subrogated to, the Corporation or its predecessors-in-interest shall not be subject to attachment, execution or any other court process, nor shall they be included in the property of insolvent persons or institutions, unless all debts and obligations of the debtor to the Corporation and its predecessors-in-interest shall have been previously paid, including accrued interest, penalties, collection expenses, and other charges.
