A new section to be numbered as Section 10 is hereby added to read as follows:
"Section 10.Investment Incentives. Among other incentives, projects in excess of One billion pesos (P1,000,000,000) shall be entitled to incentives as provided by the Omnibus Investments Code, upon registration with the Board of Investments."
