Implementation Rules and Regulations. - The DOE, in coordination with the Board, the Department of Environment and Natural Resource, Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Health, Department of Finance, Department of Trade and Industry and National Economic and Development Authority, shall formulate and issue the necessary implementing rules and regulations within sixty (60) days after the effective of this Act.
