Administrative Fine. - The DOE may, after due notice and hearing, impose a fine in the amount of not less than One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000) but not more than One million pesos and (P1,000,000) upon any person or entity who violates any of its reportorial and minimum inventory requirements, without prejudice to criminal sanctions.
The Secretary of the DOE may recommend to the proper government agency the suspension or revocation and termination of the business permit of the offender concerned.
