All assets fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Panabungen National High School Annex are hereby transferred to the Panabungen School of Arts, Trade and Home Industries: Provided, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of personnel therein employed under existing law pertaining to separation from the mother school are not impaired.1aшphi1
