All parcels of land belonging to the government occupied by the Panabungen National High School Annex are hereby declared to be the property of the Panabungen School of Arts, Trade and Home Industries and shall be titled under that name: Provided, That should the Panabungen School of Arts, Trade and Home Industries cease to exist or is abolished or such

parcels of land are no longer needed by the Panabungen School of Arts, Trade and Home Industries, the same shall revert to Mountain Province.
