It shall be the continuing policy of the College to accept the affiliation and/or integration within its operation of any existing national school whose programs can contribute largely and effectively to the attainment of its objectives: Provided, however, That in case of integration, the chairperson of the CHED is hereby authorized to determine and approve the affiliation and/or integration of the specific existing national school. In such case, all funds, properties and other assets, as well as obligations of the integrated school shall be transferred to the College.
