The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Bulacan National Agricultural School, except the sum needed to continue the operations of its existing high school. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the College shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
