Nature of Appointment Under a Waiver Program. – Any PNP uniformed personnel who is admitted due to the waiver of the educational or weight requirements shall be issued a temporary appointment pending the satisfaction of the requirement waived. Any member who will fail to satisfy any of the waived requirements within the specified time periods under Section 13 of this Act shall be dismissed from the service.
