Re-application of Dismissed PNP Members Under a Waiver Program. – Any PNP member who shall be dismissed under a waiver program shall be eligible to re-apply for appointment to the PNP: Provided, That he or she possesses the minimum qualifications under Section 14 of this Act and his or her reappointment is not by virtue of another waiver program.
