Entry Qualifications to IAS. – Entry to the Internal Affairs Service shall be voluntary and subject to rigid screening where only PNP personnel who have at least five (5) years experience in law enforcement and who have no derogatory service records shall be considered for appointment: Provided, That members of the Bar may enter the service laterally.
