Initial Appointments to the National, Directorial, and Provincial Internal Affairs Service Offices. – Initial appointments of the heads of the offices in the Internal Affairs Service shall be made by the President upon recommendation by the Commission. Thereafter, appointments and promotions to the Service shall follow the established requirements and procedures.
