Gender Sensitivity Program. – The Commission shall formulate a gender sensitivity program within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act to include but not limited to the establishment of equal opportunities for women in the PNP, the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, and the prohibition of discrimination on the basis of gender or sexual orientation.
