Administrative Liability. – Any personnel who shall violate the established rules and regulations regarding gender sensitivity and gender equality shall be suspended without pay for not less than thirty (30) days and shall undergo gender sensitivity seminar or training: Provided, That any personnel who violates the rules more than twice shall be recommended for demotion or dismissal from the PNP.
