Liabilities. - Except as otherwise provided in the preceding sections, all manufacturer's, distributors, producers, vendors, dealers, entities covered in, but not limited to , Section 4(I) of this Act, and makers as the case may be, shall be liable for damages for any malfunctioning or defects of their systems and products if not Y2K ready in accordance with existing laws insofar as they are applicable.
