Implementing Agency. - The Commission shall enforce the provisions of this Act and within Fifteen (15) days from its effectivity, promulgate the necessary implementing rules and regulations.
The Commission may require other government agencies to assist the Commission in implementing and enforcing this Act and other laws, rules and regulations on Y2K.
