Repealing Clause. - Section 301, Part 2, Title II, Book I of the Tariff and Customs Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 7843 and all other laws, decrees, rules and regulations, ordinances, executive or administrative orders, and such other presidential issuances related to dumping which are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or otherwise modified accordingly.
