The Quezon City Sub-District Engineering Office located at the Barangay Holy Spirit, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City is hereby upgraded into a regular engineering district office. It shall be known as the Quezon City First Engineering District. Subsequently, the existing engineering district office, located at EDSA, Quezon City shall be known as the Quezon City Second Engineering District.
