The Quezon City First Engineering District shall assume jurisdiction over infrastructure and public works in all the barangays of the First and Second Congressional Districts of Quezon City. Consequently, the Quezon City Second Engineering District shall assume the same jurisdiction in all the barangays of the Third and Fourth Congressional Districts of Quezon City.
