Health Fund. - For purposes of implementing the health program of the City, there is hereby established a City of Malabon health fund. For this purpose, the sangguniang panlungsod shall annually allocate an amount equivalent to two and a half percent (2.5%) of the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) of the City for any given year, or the amount of Ten million pesos (P10,000,000), whichever is higher. This fund shall be administered by the city health officer, in close coordination with the Office of the City Mayor.
